Today, we don’t take coal-fired steam trains or phaetons like we used to. Because there are more advanced mechanical engines and softer seats than before, it is more comfortable to travel like this.<\/p>\n Recently, we came across a video allegedly recorded in Singapore. In the images in question, we see that the windows of the train car turn into a dull state as the train car passes by the buildings.<\/p>\n The page that shared it attached the following explanation to the post:<\/p>\n The windows of the train, which passes close to residential areas in Singapore, are automatically matted so that the living spaces of the people in the apartments are not visible.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n We investigated whether this information, which is quite interesting and shared by many, is true.<\/p>\n First of all, we search for the subject in English, one of the official languages \u200b\u200bof Singapore, with keywords such as “Singapore”<\/strong>, and “Blurring windows”<\/strong>. We come across some wagon interior images similar to this video. Just like in this video, the windows become dull and obscure the view as the train passes through residential areas.<\/p>\n As unreal as it may seem, this opaque glass technology in Singapore is real. Moreover, these videos date back 13 years, so they are not new.<\/p>\n We’re doing deeper research on the train. As we understand from the video, the images show a line called “Bukit Panjang LRT”<\/strong>. This train is Singapore’s first autonomous (driverless) train. You will understand technology in every sense.<\/p>\n The “instant opaque glass technology” in question is not a new technology either. This glass technology is used in common areas to ensure just such privacy.<\/p>\n\n
